This was a thank you art for my friend in qRO/Australia. It was just a simple Togepi with a bandanna but he wanted it to be "moar" camo'd, guns, and Rambo-like.
Guns seemed too hard to draw at the time so I just made a knife and it was smaller = easy to spin. Spin Togepi, spin. This is a short version of the song is called "Ievan Polkka" by Loituma.
